Generations in ‘Art About Agriculture’
I’m pleased to have my original mixed-media piece “Generations” included in the juried show Art About Agriculture this summer and fall. It will travel to 3 galleries: The 2025 tour launches at Oregon State University’s Giustina Gallery with an opening day reception on Monday, May 5th from 5-7:30pm. The exhibition will then embark on an incredible tour to the Pendleton Center for the Arts (Pendleton, OR), and Clackamas Community College’s Alexander Gallery (Oregon City, OR).
This mixed media piece is from the Unfurling series, and is composed of wax, resin, photography, paint, lichen, and ferns. It honors the wisdom and heritage of those who cared for this land for countless generations.
