Dance Photography Playdate!
Ever wish you could just spend a few hours photographing dancers without having to find the models, scout a location, coordinate schedules, or figure out all the logistics?
That’s exactly why I created the Dance Photography Playdate, coming up this November. Come with your camera and gear, bring some ideas, and spend four hours simply making photographs with professional dancers.
I’ll take care of the studio and dancers, and I’ll be there if you want some guidance or another set of eyes. No lectures, no demonstrations, no pressure — just a chance to experiment, have fun, and create some great images.
Dance Photography Playdate is a four-hour creative shooting session for photographers who want to spend focused, uninterrupted time working one-on-one with dancers, in a beautiful studio, creating great images.
You’ll have the opportunity to direct and photograph dancers 1-1, experiment with movement, posing, lighting, and timing, and refine your own approach through hands-on experience. There’s no formal instruction or demonstrations. Instead, you’ll have the freedom to explore your ideas, try new techniques, and make photographs at your own pace.
I’ll be there throughout the session to provide guidance, answer questions, help troubleshoot lighting or posing, and offer another set of eyes when you want them. The goal is to give you lots of time to shoot, experiment, and create rather than spend the day sitting and watching someone else photograph.
